Our partner Ibis Hotel is looking for Financical Controller .

Job Responsibilities: 

- Organize bookkeeping and reporting under Accor
corporate standards;
- Organize and take part in holding of inventories;
- Organize and take part in preparation of certificates, accounting, financial
and statistical data for operating activity;
- Control the cost of goods and materials used in the Employer's production and
related to the Hotel operation;
- Take part in preparation, planning and follow-up of the Employer's budget
related to the Hotel operation;
- Ensure timely, lawful and accurate execution of accounting documents and
their timely processing according to RA and Accor accounting standards;
- Prepare monthly PL reports according to Accor standards, other reports
according to the Employer's corporate rules;
- Organize work and control the cooperation between the employees of the
accounting department and all departments of the company;
- Prepare all the required financial and accounting reports;
- Organize work with cash and non-cash assets and banking cards according to
the RA legislation; control receipt and withdrawal of funds to cash register
and bank accounts related to operating activity, as well as ensure compliance
with payment discipline;
- Control timely and lawful execution of currency transactions according to the
RA legislation;
- Take part in coordination of terms of contracts related to operating activity
and control their financial performance;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Required Qualifications: 

- University degree in Finance, Accounting or
Business Administration;
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant sector;
- Excellent knowledge of local accounting rules and managerial accounting;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to comfortably work in a high-pressure environment;
- Well-organized person able to meet strict deadlines;
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferable;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Detail-oriented person with a thorough and methodical approach;
- Strong leadership skills.
