Description: 

Radisson BLU Hotel, Yerevan is looking for a candidate for the position of Executive Sous Chef.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Executes menus in accordance to brand standards
  • Maintains recipes to meet core standards
  • Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Supports and communicates Company initiatives
  • Responds and assists in any departmental guest service issues

Required Qualifications: 

  • The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a creative flair
  • You will have a minimum of two years experience as Executive Sous Chef in a similar style of operation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and concepts
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Thrives on taking responsibility and working in an empowered environment
